Dear United States President Donald J. Trump, Linda McMahon, Secretary of Education, Senator Rick Scott, and First Lady Melania Trump
Policy 1.1: Copyright, Sexual Content, Synthetic Content (“deemed unlawful”), and Non-Consensual Content (Rape)
Sire University’s Code of Community Standards is handled by the Founding Warden of the University. This will be the very first policy I introduce and without the co-founders present at this time, I am at full power and vote over this ruling being given today.
Copyright is a rather big thing on the internet and my competitor, youtube.com. I have stolen a song titled “Inside your mind” and have branded it as the theme song for my future film of the book “The Keeper of Knowledge: My Story as the 21st Century at Sire University”. Having said that, no recognition to the artists who created the piece may be given. No credit is given because under the Code of Community Standards at Sire University, it is protected under its educational immunity act; where we care more about the preservation of knowledge than the destruction of it. Author names and other credentials aren’t important, as it doesn’t impede preservation of knowledge.
We understand singers and musicians might be upset over this, and advise authors to email me at jmoran@sireuniversity.com to appeal if this is their unfortunate circumstance. If granted, I will invite said author(s) to the post. If accepted, it will show the author(s) name(s) and Sire University. If the post is monetized, meaning ads show within the posts, the recently added author will start receiving payments only for future months – none prior. The defendant will also need to be on a free plan or tier plan, as this will be the determining factor of their ad revenue share value. If they aren’t on a plan, they cannot receive payments. The defendant may wrestle the University in court by an accepting judge if they are unsatisfied with this arrangement in any endeavor; (1) wanting to take down the post, (2) wanting a share of prior ad revenue, etc. However, it is unlikely for them to win due to our educational immunity act which would protect the University from civil and criminal prosecutions.
Users of the community that aren’t @SireUniversity, do not have the same protections and are discouraged from posting content that isn’t rightfully theirs. Posting in the Movies & TV show categories are restricted for all members unless I grant specific permission. Using the general video category and uploading a movie that isn’t theirs is also against the code of community standards. All members of the community must abide by this ruling or may face disciplinary action. Only the @SireUniversity account may steal Movies and TV shows.
p. 1 of 2 Sexual content that synthetically modifies characters to be underage is against the code of community standards at Sire University and users who ignore this rule and post this content will be barred from future item filings. Sexual content that is not consented by both parties is also subject to the same disciplinary action. The take down act by the President Trump administration and First Lady Melania supersedes the University’s educational immunity act. Google will also try to intervene if the University grows beyond my power.
